Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. All Plushie orders are made-to-order and begin production specifically for each customer. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, refunded, exchanged, or returned for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect address entry, dissatisfaction with wait time, or delayed fulfillment. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a final-sale, made-to-order item.
